How do I set or reset my password?

Skybox never emails you a password. It emails you a link, and you choose the password yourself.

1. Go to app.skybox-ops.com/assign/login.
2. Click Set or reset your password.
3. Enter your email address and click Email Me a Set-Password Link.
4. Open the email titled Set your Skybox password and click the link.
5. Type a password of 8 or more characters, type it again, and click Set Password and Sign In.

Good to know:

• The link is good for 24 hours and works once. If it says "Link Expired," ask for a new one.
• Use the email address Skybox has on file for you. If it is not on file, no email arrives.
• You can ask for a new link once every 2 minutes. Check your spam folder before asking again.
