Will Skybox email me when a school changes a game?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
It depends on how far away the game is:
- Games less than 7 days away: Skybox emails you about each change, if the school has those emails turned on.
- Games 7 or more days away: no email for each change. They are collected into one weekly report emailed on Fridays at 3 pm Eastern.
- Texts: only for games within 48 hours, and only if the school has turned texts on. Most schools have not.
Officials' declines and withdrawal requests follow the same 7-day rule (see "What happens when an official declines a game?").
Every change still lands on the Needs Review tab, whatever happens with email. Each card says "You were emailed," "Will be in your Friday weekly report," or "Posted here only."
