Who shows up in the officials list, and what do the flags mean?

The list shows officials on your roster who have this game's sport on their card and are active.

Sort it with the buttons at the top: Rating (your ranking, then distance), Distance or A-Z. Your choice is remembered on that device. Officials tagged for the position you are filling always sit at the top.

Each name may carry a flag:

FlagMeaningCan you pick them?
ASSIGNEDAlready on this game.No
RESTRICTEDYou blocked them from this school or this game.No
BLOCKEDThey marked themselves unavailable that day or time.Yes, after you confirm
BLOCKED: 3 Pine-Richland games in 10 days (until Oct 26) (in red)One of your auto-block rules caught them. The date is the last day of the block.Yes, after you confirm
FLAGGED: 2 Pine-Richland games in 10 days (until Oct 27)One of your auto-block rules that flags instead of blocks caught them.Yes, after you confirm
RECENTThey had one of these teams inside your recent-team window.Yes, after you confirm
"blocked 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM" (small print)They blocked part of the day, but not the game time.Yes
"also 7:00 PM Soccer" (small print)They are already on another game that day, yours or another assignor's.Yes

The line next to the box counts them, for example "24 available, 3 blocked, 1 flagged, 2 recent." Officials an auto-block rule blocks count as blocked. Tick Hide unavailable officials to hide anyone marked ASSIGNED, RESTRICTED or BLOCKED. FLAGGED and RECENT officials stay in the list.

The "also" note is a heads-up, not a block: officials often work a JV and varsity pair on the same night. Check the times before you assign.
