How do I get out of a game I already accepted?
Manage assignments, availability, travel, and fees.
- Sign in and find the game.
- Tap Request Withdrawal.
- Type a reason if Skybox asks for one. Some assignors require a reason, some make it optional, and some do not ask.
- Confirm.
The card shows Withdrawal Requested while your assignor decides:
- Approved: the game comes off your list.
- Denied: the card shows Withdrawal Denied and you are still on the game. Call or email your assignor.
Skybox does not email you the decision, so check the game card. Do not just skip the game: the request is how your assignor finds out in time to cover it.
If you have not accepted a game yet, you do not need a withdrawal. Just tap Decline.
