An official says they never got the assignment email
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
- Check the email address on their card. That is where Skybox sends it.
- Ask them to check spam for an email that starts with Game Assignment:.
- If you are in Plan Mode, the assignment is a draft and has not been sent. Publish it.
- Skybox never texts officials. Everything comes by email.
- They can always sign in to their portal at app.skybox-ops.com/official/login and accept or decline from the game card.
