What does "Recent" mean in the officials list?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
RECENT means the official had one of these two teams within your recent-team window, before or after this game, for example "had Shaler 9/20." It counts their Skybox games and last season's WPIAL games from the league import. It helps you rotate officials so the same official does not see the same team too often.
- Click the Recent (N) chip to see only those officials. Click it again to clear it.
- RECENT is a heads-up only. You can still assign them after you confirm.
To set the window:
- Open the Settings tab and find Recent-team window.
- Type the number of days, from 1 to 60. For example, 7 marks anyone who had either team in the 7 days before or after the game.
- Click Save.
To turn RECENT off, clear the box (or type 0) and click Save. An empty box reads Off.
The window is yours alone. Another assignor who uses the same official sets their own. Want a hard stop instead of a heads-up? Use an auto-block rule. See "How do I set up auto-block rules?"
