How do I import evaluations I already keep?

Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.

View original source
  1. On the Roster tab, click Evaluations.
  2. Choose your file (.xlsx or .csv) and click Preview. Download the template shows the layout: Email, Name, Date, Evaluation, Game, Evaluator.
  3. Each row needs the evaluation and who it is about. Email is best; a Name column, or First Name and Last Name, works too. Common headers such as Official, Comments, Notes, Date Observed, Timestamp, Observer and Rating are read too, and the preview names any column it leaves out.
  4. The preview sorts every row: ready to import, not matched to your roster, already saved or with errors. For a row that is not matched, pick the official from the list on that row, or leave it on Skip this row.
  5. Click Import. Nothing is saved before this.

Rows are matched to officials on your roster only. A row with no date is dated today. A Rating or Score column is kept at the start of the note. Uploading the same file again is safe: notes already saved are skipped.

To download every evaluation on your board, click Evaluations, then Download all. The file opens in Excel, and it can be imported back the same way.
