How do I manage opponents and confirmations?

Open the Batch Confirmations tab. Games are grouped by opponent, with each game's confirmation status.

• For an opponent: Email Report sends them your games with them, Email + Confirm Link adds a link to confirm them all, and Mark All Confirmed confirms them by hand.
• Nudge on a game sends a confirmation request right now. A game can be nudged once every 24 hours. Nudge is not offered for games against another Skybox school (they confirm on their own dashboard).
• Pause Cadence stops the emails to one opponent. It appears once two or more games have gone through every round with no answer.
• To confirm one game by hand, use Change Status on the game and choose Confirmed by Phone.

When the opponent taps the link or replies "confirmed," the game updates on its own.
