How do I email one contact or a group?

1. On the Contacts tab, click List.
2. To email one person, click their email address. Your own email opens with them in the To line.
3. For a group, narrow the list with the role filter (for example Boys coaches or ADs), the school filter, or the search box.
4. Tick the people you want. The box at the top of the list ticks everyone shown.
5. Click Email selected. Your own email opens with everyone in BCC, so replies come straight back to you.

Click Copy emails instead to copy the addresses and paste them into any email. A very large group (more than about 60 people) is copied automatically, because some email programs refuse a link that long. Clear unticks everyone. Skybox does not send these emails; your own email program does.
