How do I assign an official to a game?

1. On the Games tab, click Assign on the game.
2. The game opens with one row per position (for example Referee, Umpire, or Slot 1, Slot 2).
3. Click in a position's box and type part of a name or city.
4. Click the official you want.
5. Click Assign.

The official is emailed right away (unless Plan Mode is on) and the slot shows ASSIGNED. When they accept, it changes to ACCEPTED. See "What does the official receive when I assign them?"
