What is the Contacts tab?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
The Contacts tab lists each school you cover.
- Skybox directory: the school's AD and secretary on file with Skybox. These are read-only.
- My contacts: your own contacts for that school. Click + Add contact, choose a role (AD, Boys Coach, Girls Coach, Secretary, Payroll, Athletics Office or Contact), and enter name, email, phone and a note. Click Save. Use edit or remove to change them.
Search by school, name or email at the top. Only you see your own contacts.
Two views, switched with the buttons beside the search box: By school (a card per school) and List (one line per person, showing the school, role, name, email and phone). Skybox remembers which one you used last.
