I am an observer. How do I write evaluations?

If your assignor has you on their Observers list, your portal has an Evaluate tab.

1. Open Evaluate. It lists the games where you were the observer in the last 14 days, with each official on the crew.
2. Type your note in the box under an official's name and tap Save.

Each note goes only to the assignor who put you on that game as the observer. Officials never see evaluations, and you see only the notes you wrote. You can change a note for 7 days after you write it; after that it is locked. To remove a note in that time, clear the box and tap Save.

If you observed a game and it is not on the tab, ask your assignor to put you in that game's Observer slot.
