What decisions do we make together at onboarding?
Understand configuration, feature labels, and coverage.
At onboarding, and again at check-ins, Skybox walks through these choices with you:

| Cadence texts | 6-day, 2-day, both, or none |
| Weekly action summary | on (default) or paused |
| Staff game-day alerts | which staff, if any |
| Worker texts with YES/NO | on or off (default off) |
| Media release mode | AD review (default) or auto-send |
| Media contacts | papers, radio and league feeds that get your scores |
| Coach score-report notifications | AD and secretary (default) or your own list |
| Coach recap notes | on (score and recap, default) or off (score only) |
| Bus dropdown | labels, which choices are carrier-tracked, colors |
| Bus page and report columns | destination column (off by default; address, facility or both), Notes, Game End / Return, Dismissal, Charter number |
| Public page | departure times, practices, activities, scores, recaps, public calendar, school colors |
| Officials numbers | Arbiter data or live Skybox assignments, per sport |
| Schedule Star sync | yes or no, which sports |
| Game-day staffing roles | which roles you use |
| Hide student date of birth | on (default, hidden) or off |
| Handbook and NIL policy | send Skybox your own files |
| Registration and eligibility | on or off (requires a signed data agreement) |
| Default enrollment date | your first day of school (fills the PIAA report) |
| Medical module | on or off, which trainer |
| Contacts | AD name, email, office and cell; secretary name and email |
| Logins | who gets a seat (up to 4), Full or Limited access |
