How do game reports and recaps work?
Transportation, reports, and communication, in one place.
After a game, the coach files a short report from a link (no login). Each sport program has one permanent link, plus one per team (Varsity, JV, MS) so a JV coach sees only JV games. Text or email it to the coach once; they tap Submit Report after each game.
- Coach recap notes (on by default): coaches send a score and a recap. Off: score only, in one tap.
- Coach score-report notifications: choose who gets the email when a coach submits. Empty list = AD and secretary.
- On your Reports page, the eye toggle on each game decides whether its recap shows publicly.
