How do I use the bus report?

1. Open the Bus tab, then click Create Report.
2. Set the date range and filter by carrier ("Who is driving") or level if you need to. One click selects all of middle school or all of high school.
3. The report is one date-ordered table of games, practices and activities. Use the Games / Practices / Activities boxes to choose what shows.
4. Click a practice or activity row's fields to edit them right there: dismissal, bus time, return, vehicle, pickup, who is driving, status, notes.
5. Accept the suggested departure and return times, or type your own.
6. Print, save as PDF, Export to Excel, email the report to saved recipients, or send it to coaches by sport with a live bus-list link.

The buttons and each day's column headers stay on screen as you scroll.
