| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Invalid email or password" | Check you are using the email Skybox has on file. Never set a password, or forgot it? Click Set or reset your password. |
| "Too many attempts" | Wait 15 minutes, then try again or reset your password. |
| "You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old" | Tick the 18-or-older box. |
| Set-password link says "Link Expired" | Links work once and last 24 hours. Ask for a new one on the sign-in page. |
| No set-password email | Check spam for "Set your Skybox password." Wait 2 minutes and ask again. |
