How do I add a game?

1. On your dashboard, click Add Game.
2. Pick the sport, date, time, and home or away.
3. Pick the opponent: your opponents are listed first, then the full WPIAL Directory, then an option to type a school that is not in the WPIAL. Picking a directory school creates the opponent with its contacts already filled in.
4. Choose a multi-team event, JV mirror or Special Event if you need one.
5. Save.

The game appears on your schedule. If confirmation emails are on for your school, they start automatically. See "How do game confirmations work?"

Good to know:

• Add Game opens on the facility that team actually plays in. Set each sport's home venue once under Facilities.
• Need a team your school does not field yet? Pick it from the team list in the Add Game form.
• Tick This game is a tournament and pick the host: the host school drives confirmations, its facilities fill your facility list, and the opponent limit lifts so a quad or invitational takes every school. Schools you add as participants become real opponents with contacts filled in.
