How do I choose whether schools see my officials' names?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
On the Games tab, set Official Names to Schools:
- Hidden: schools see crew counts only, never names.
- Show when gate lifts: names appear a set number of days and hrs before game. Set both boxes.
- Always show: schools see who is officiating as soon as you assign.
Schools never see your roster, rankings, notes or fees.
