How do I schedule an activity trip?

The Activities page manages non-sport groups (band, cheerleading, student council and so on): their schedule and transportation. Build an activity's roster on the Rosters page.

1. Open Activities. Add your group under Your Activities if it is not there yet.
2. Under Schedule & Transport, click Schedule Block, pick the activity, then the date, time and a facility, or choose transport only for an away trip.
3. To ride with a varsity game's bus, pick the game under Travels With.
4. To request a bus, click Request Bus on the block. Carriers answer by email, and the confirmed carrier shows on your bus report.

Whether activities send confirmation emails to the other school is your choice in Settings (new activities start with confirmations off).
