What are "Already Handled" and "Confirmed by Phone"?

Both are on the Change Status window, for when you want part of the effect:

• Already Handled: saves the new date and time and restarts the confirmation emails, with no blast. Use it when you already called the coach, the garage and the officials yourself.
• Confirmed by Phone: log who you spoke with, and correct the date, time or location in the same step. The game goes to Confirmed and nothing is sent.
