How do I import games for a school that is not on Skybox?

This option is off unless Skybox has turned it on for your account. When it is on, Import games and My imports buttons appear on the Games tab. Contact Skybox if you need it.

1. Click Import games.
2. Choose the school, or Use the School column in my file.
3. Choose your schedule file (.xlsx or .csv). Click Download the template for the layout: School, Sport, Date, Time, Home/Away, Opponent, Location, Game Type, Notes.
4. Click Preview. Skybox shows which rows are ready, which are already there, and which have problems.
5. Click Import.

Good to know:

• Schools already on Skybox manage their own schedules, so their rows are skipped.
• Re-uploading the same file is safe. Games already there are skipped.
• Nothing is sent to anyone.
• My imports lists your imports. Undo cancels the games an import added. Games that already have officials on them are kept.
