How do I staff one sport at a time?

1. Open the Game Staff tab, then click Open staffing board →.
2. Set Sport Group to the group the team is in (Football, or All Other Sports for everything else).
3. In Sport, pick the team. Girls Basketball, all levels shows every girls basketball game (varsity, JV and any other level you play at home). To see one level only, pick it from the indented list under the team, for example Girls JV Basketball.
4. Leave Week on Whole school year to fill the team's whole season top to bottom, or pick one week.
5. When you are done, pick the next team, for example Boys Basketball, all levels.

The board keeps your Sport choice when you click Apply, change the week or turn on Show away. Print, Export CSV and Send Assignments use only the games showing, so Send Assignments with Girls Basketball picked emails workers only their girls basketball games. Set Sport back to All sports to see everything again.
