How do I set my password the first time?

Skybox never emails you a password. It emails you a set-password link, and you pick the password yourself. The link reaches you in one of these ways:

• Your assignor's invite, subject "You are on [assignor]'s officials roster in Skybox." Its link is good for 7 days.
• Your first assignment email, if you have not set a password yet. Look for "New to Skybox? Set your password here." Also good for 7 days.
• A setup email from Skybox (for example to WPIAL officials), which walks you through asking for your own link.
• Ask for one yourself: go to the sign-in page, tap Set or reset your password, type your email address and tap Email Me a Set-Password Link. That link is good for 24 hours, subject "Set your Skybox password."

To set your password:

1. Open the email and tap the link.
2. Type a password of 8 or more characters, then type it again.
3. Tap Set Password and Sign In. You land on your assignments.

Each link works once. Use the same email address your assignor has on file for you, or no email arrives. You can ask for a new link once every 2 minutes.
