What reports can I run?

There is no single Reports tab. Each report lives where its data is:

• Audit Report (confirmation rates by season): Settings > Reports.
• Bus report: Bus tab, Create Report. See "How do I use the bus report?"
• Team Schedules: per sport, several teams at once, with a Download PDF button.
• Score results: the Results tab.
• Game Help Payroll: from the Game Staff tab.
• Monthly Sports Report (the Monthly Reports tab): a month or week at a time, with games, practices, events, rentals and maintenance, filtered by sport and facility. Export to Excel, email it to saved recipients, or Email Coaches by sport.
• Calendar Builder: a full-page calendar with stackable, colored filter layers, month, week and list views, and export to print, PDF, CSV or iCal. Open it from the Calendar tab.

All reports need a login and show only your school.
