What is the medical module?
Understand configuration, feature labels, and coverage.
An optional module. Skybox gives your trainer a medical-only login (no access to game schedules or transportation).
- Injury log: SOAP notes, return-to-play tracking, progress notes, initial treatment, and a participation status (Out / Not Cleared, Limited / Rehab, As Tolerated, Sport Specific / Non-Contact, Full Participation).
- Athlete-first charting: search an athlete, see their full injury history, and log a new injury pre-filled for them.
- Documents (MD notes, imaging, return-to-play clearances, concussion evaluations) attach to the specific injury.
- Email an injury report to the doctor's office from your school's own inbox, with every send logged.
- Records can be corrected (date, or moved to the right athlete), and duplicates merged. The log filters by level.
- A trainer link with no password is available from Skybox on request, good for 90 days.
