How do I handle a withdrawal request?

An official who already accepted a game can ask to withdraw from their portal. You see:

• a Withdrawal Requests card at the top of the Games tab,
• a ⚠️ next to the game's crew number,
• inside the game, Withdrawal Requested with their reason,
• a card on your Needs Review tab, and an email right away if the game is less than 7 days away (7 or more days away, it goes in your Friday weekly report).

Then:

1. Open the game.
2. Click Approve to take them off and open the slot, or Deny to keep them on it.
3. Confirm.

Skybox does not email the official your decision. Their game card shows "Withdrawal Denied" if you deny it. If you approve, the game leaves their list. Call or email them either way.

Skybox also texts both schools' athletic directors when an official asks to withdraw. You may get a text too, if the game is within 48 hours and the school has texts on.
