Can I require officials to give a reason?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
Yes. In Settings, set Reasons from officials:
- Required: officials must give a reason.
- Optional: they can add one.
- Off: no reason box.
It applies when an official asks to withdraw from one of your games, and when they block a date or time as unavailable. Availability is shared with every assignor the official works for, so for availability the strictest setting among their assignors applies.
