How do I build a team roster?
Coordinate your officials, coaches, and game-day crew.
- Go to Rosters and click + CREATE ROSTER.
- Pick the sport or activity and the level. Level and season fill in from your schedule's teams.
- Add athletes from your student directory. Load students first through STUDENT DIRECTORY → on the Rosters page if you need to (one at a time or CSV import).
- During tryouts, mark athletes Yes or No, and move anyone between JV and Varsity in one action. Use Also add to put an athlete on a second team in any sport.
- Print from the Roster Report (pick the columns you want) or the WPIAL-format print.
