How does registration work?

Registration is an optional module (it needs a signed data agreement). Parents complete CIPPE registration from a link, you approve, and the athlete lands on the roster.

• One district-wide open link can go to every family. Each family gets its own private link back.
• Parents pick the sport, not the level. You sort cleared athletes onto Varsity, JV or both.
• Duplicate registrations are blocked by name and date of birth. You can withdraw one to allow a re-registration.
• Families with an athlete you already imported link to that record instead of making a duplicate. Family details carry over to a second child.
• The form shows the physical on file and warns when it has expired.
• Preview on your Eligibility page opens the real parent form for staff.
• Send Skybox your Athletic Handbook and NIL policy (and your own consent language) so families read your documents.
• A coach packet prints an emergency card and consent-to-treat evidence per roster.
