How do I sign in to the official portal?
Your account, your first sign-in, and your next assignment.
Your sign-in page is app.skybox-ops.com/official/login. Open it in your phone's browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android).
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Tick "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old." It is required every time you sign in.
- Tap Sign In.
You stay signed in for 30 days on that phone or computer. After 10 wrong passwords, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
Forgot your password? Tap Set or reset your password on the sign-in page. Your old password stops working once you set a new one.
