How do I keep evaluations on my officials?

Open an official's card on the Roster tab. The EVALUATIONS section holds dated notes on that official.

1. Type the note in the box.
2. The date starts as today. Change it to the day the note is about.
3. Optional: pick the game it is about under About a game. The list shows the games this official has worked for you.
4. Click Save note.

Your evaluations are private to your board. Officials never see them, and no other assignor sees yours, even one who shares the official or has a linked board. A card with notes shows N EVALS on the front. Click Edit to change one of your notes, or the red ✕ to delete it.

Notes your observers write show with an OBSERVER tag and the observer's name. You can delete an observer's note, but not change their words.
