What are the five things every AD should know?
Understand configuration, feature labels, and coverage.
- Use Reschedule, not Edit Game, to tell everyone about a date change. Edit Game is for fixing a date that was entered wrong. See "How do I move a game and tell everyone?"
- There is no hard delete. Games are records. Cancel, postpone or reschedule instead. Skybox removes true mistakes for you.
- Confirmed games stop getting nudged. The confirmation emails only chase pending games.
- Games between two Skybox schools reconcile themselves. Each school keeps its own copy, and a confirm on either side confirms both.
- Your outbound identity is yours. Emails and texts go out from your school's own Skybox inbox, signed with your name, so keep your contacts in Settings current.
