How do I add a new official?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
- On the Roster tab, click + Add official.
- Enter their full name, email (how they will sign in), cell, and sports (separate with commas).
- Leave Email them a sign-in invite ticked.
- Click Add to my roster.
The official gets an email titled You are on [your name]'s officials roster in Skybox, with a link to set their password (good for 7 days) and where to sign in. It goes by email only.
If the official is already in Skybox (another assignor uses them), Skybox links them to your roster instead of making a duplicate. You will see "already in Skybox, linked to your roster."
