What does the official receive when I assign them?

The official gets an email. Skybox never texts officials.

• The subject starts with Game Assignment: and the email lists the sport, matchup, date, time, site, address, position and fee.
• It has a link to Accept or Decline. The link works for 72 hours and once. No sign-in is needed to use it.
• If the official has never set a password, the email also includes a link to set one.
• If you publish several games for one official at once, they get one email instead, titled like 5 New Game Assignments, and answer each game in their portal.
• If the official replies to the email, the reply comes to you.

Officials can also accept or decline from their portal at app.skybox-ops.com/official/login.
