How do officials and assignors work with my schedule?

Coordinate your officials, coaches, and game-day crew.

Your assignors have their own Skybox dashboard. When they assign officials to your games, the crew shows up on your schedule automatically.

  • The Officials column shows live crew counts, and officials' names when your assignor allows it.
  • The count's color tells you where the crew stands: green means the full crew is assigned and every official has accepted, yellow means the full crew is assigned but not everyone has accepted yet (the line under it says how many have), and red means you are still short.
  • Nudge assignor sends your assignor a reminder when a game still needs a crew.
  • Officials Numbers in Settings picks where the counts come from: Arbiter data or live Skybox assignments, for the whole school or sport by sport.
  • Assignor Routing in Settings lists who covers each sport and how to reach them. A sport can have more than one assignor, and you can edit names, emails and phones there.
  • If your officials live in Arbiter, Skybox can pull them in for you.
