Manage assignments, availability, travel, and fees.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Not getting texts | Skybox does not text officials. Everything comes by email. |
| No games showing | Your assignor may not have sent assignments yet. If you expected games, ask them. |
| Wrong fee or position | Contact your assignor. Only they can change it. |
| Need out after accepting | Use Request Withdrawal on the game card. |
| Wrong name | Ask your assignor to fix it. |
| Wrong sign-in email | Email skybox_demo@skybox-ops.com from your current address. |
