What happens when an official declines a game?

Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.

The slot opens again right away. The game shows a red DECLINED badge on the board (hover to see who and why), and the open game lists the official under DECLINED with their reason, if they gave one.

Skybox also tells you:

It puts a card on your Needs Review tab, for example "Jane Smith declined (Referee)" with their reason.
If the game is less than 7 days away, it emails you right away.
If the game is 7 or more days away, it goes in your Friday weekly report instead.
You may also get a text if the game is within 48 hours and the school has texts turned on.

Emails start once Skybox has set up your account and you have signed in with your password.

To fill the slot, assign someone new, or promote an on-deck official.
