How do I cut officials for a season?

1. On the Roster tab, click Cut officials.
2. Paste the rows from your cut list: last name, first name, sport.
3. Check the tag (for example "Cut Fall 2026"). Change it if you like.
4. Click Check list. Skybox matches names on your roster. If a name matches more than one official, pick the right one or leave the row.
5. Click Cut N officials.

Each official loses that sport on your roster and keeps their others. Anyone left with no sport is set Inactive: they get no assignments and no setup email. Nobody is deleted. Everyone cut gets the tag, so you can find them later with the tag's button above the roster.
