What do the crew colors mean?
Your games board, assignments, crews, roster, and settings.
The crew number (for example 2/3) shows how many officials are assigned out of how many the game needs. The color shows whether they have accepted:
- Red: still short. At least one slot is open (0/2, 1/2, 2/3).
- Yellow: the full crew is assigned, but someone has not accepted yet. A full 3/3 stays yellow until all three accept.
- Green: every slot is filled by an official who accepted.
Schools see the same colors on their dashboard.
Hover over the number to see "X of Y assigned, Z accepted."
Other marks next to the number:
- +1 draft (amber): Plan Mode drafts nobody has been told about yet.
- ⚠️: an official asked to withdraw.
- 1 DECLINED (red): an official declined. Hover to see who and why.
