How do I import coaches, workers or carriers from a spreadsheet?
Coordinate your officials, coaches, and game-day crew.
- Go to Coaches, Game Staff, or the Carriers tab on the Bus page, and click Import.
- Paste or upload your spreadsheet. Name, email and phone are what matter; extra columns are ignored.
- Review what Skybox matched, then confirm. Existing people are updated, not duplicated.
- Set alerts afterward: coaches start with alerts on, game workers with alerts off.
