How do my observers write evaluations?

Observers are the officials on your Observers list. To put officials on it, use Import officials and pick Observers under Add everyone to list. Anyone already on your roster is matched by email and added to the list.

1. Add an observer to a game: click + Observer slot on the game and assign your observer to it the usual way.
2. After the game, the observer opens the Evaluate tab in their Official Portal. It shows the games they observed for you in the last 14 days, with one box for each official on the crew.
3. Each note they save shows on that official's card on your Roster tab, tagged OBSERVER with their name.

An observer writes only about officials on a game they observed for you, sees only their own notes, and can change a note for 7 days after writing it.
